Q: I can't open my newly purchased book in iPad or iPhone.

Every time I open my newly purchased book, in iBooks, it immediately kicks me out and goes back to home screen. This is on my iPad and iPhone. All the other books open fine, just this one. I have removed it several times and reinstalled. I have shut down both with no luck.   Any ideas on what to do? I would even get my money back, but have no idea how.  Thanks!
