Q: Can I use itunes in my pc to use/view/install Instagram please?

I was asked to upgrade my old iphone 3 to ios 7 but not know how. Hence I am trying to use Instagram via my pc - if its possible?

    An iPhone 3G or 3GS can't run iOS 7, and iOS applications can't be run on a computer. If desired, download Instagram to a computer or compatible iOS device, click here, and try following the instructions.
