I am frozen out of my Apple Mac Air. After an ugrade I was asked for a keychain password? Didn't have one and now I am frozen out. Cannot use the PC and am using another to get help. So HELP???
Apple Mac Air I think it is IOS 7 maybe 2 years old.
Apple asked to update I cliked OK. After restarting I was asked for a keychain password. I have never heard of it. Now I can't do anything. There is a little swirling colorful circle that comes up and I can't click on anything. I am using another computer to try to get out of this mess!
