Change my Refresh Rate?
How do I change my refresh rate on my display to 60? I cannot get my TV to display my Macbook screen.
MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
The short of it is. I don't know if you can through the Macbook itself. https://support.apple.com/en-la/HT202856 You may need to use the control panel of the TV to adjust screen resolution and then play with the resolution on the Macbook system preferences monitor settings.
