Can not connect to iCloud or iTunes since Jan 2016 from my iPhone 5S

My iPhone 5S does not allow me any longer since Jan 2016 to download app updates from the app store and logging into iCloud does not work either. From my Mac I can access all without problems. Anybody around who knows about similar observations on this generation of the iPhone. It is a first and unsatisfying experience for in terms of Mac support that support is being discontinued after some time. I hope this option here can provide some help. Hi Brett,


thanks for the answer, all the indicated steer did not work. I did check the date/time zone setting which was already on automatic and set it back to manual. Still the phone can't login to iCloud or download update for apps or sign in to facetime... On my MacPro side by side with the phone on the desk apps, facetime and login to my account work without issues.


Do you have any other idea what might help?
