It sounds like you are having an issue with connecting to both the iTunes store and to iCloud from your iPhone, but both are working on your Mac. Is that right?
I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store.

thanks for the answer, all the indicated steer did not work. I did check the date/time zone setting which was already on automatic and set it back to manual. Still the phone can't login to iCloud or download update for apps or sign in to facetime... On my MacPro side by side with the phone on the desk apps, facetime and login to my account work without issues.
Do you have any other idea what might help?
