Q: How do I update my iCloud to my new email address?

I Just bought a new iPod touch 6 gen. My old email address was hacked a year or two ago and now my iCloud won't update or change to my new email address any way to re my iPod to make new settings? Plus I just updated the iPod to the IOS 9.2
