I have not seen one. Only adapters that allow newer devices with a lightning port to work with older docks with 30 pin connectors.

You have the original iPod?  It's the one with a scroll wheel that physically turns (not touch-based).  It uses a FireWire port for docking.  Any recent dock uses USB for connecting, so it will not work (FireWire and USB are very different), even if you find a product that claims to be a FireWire to USB adapter cable.  Using such a cable may damage your iPod.
