Q: iPhone 6s ejects while importing pictures?
I've had the phone since October, and did one picture backup in November that worked fine. Now when I go to import pictures, it seems as if my phone is ejecting itself so no photo importing app (Photos, Image Capture, etc.) is able to download pictures from my phone onto my laptop (MBP retina 2015). All the pictures on the phone are showing up in the respective import dialog windows though, so it's not like the applications aren't recognizing the phone at all. Also interesting is that iTunes is working perfectly fine, so I'm not sure why importing pictures is having such a difficult time.
I've tried restarting phone/computer multiple times but to no avail? I've also tried using multiple cables and different USB ports but nothing seems to be working?
Phone is on iOS 9.2 and mac is on OSX 10.11.2, with everything up to date.
Any help is appreciated.
Attached is a picture of the error that pops up on Image Capture:
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2, null
