Boot freezes at 50%

Hey guys.

This morning the light at home over and when he returned my Mac stopped initialize correctly. I've tried several times initialize it , and the progress bar always freezes at the 50%. So i found how to clear the NVRAM and did not work. I am now booting in verbose mode and it is in a loop in the following phase:

Checking catalog hierarchy.

Incorrect number of thread records (4, 22619)

Checking multi-linked files.

Checking catalog hierarchy.

Checking extended attributes file.

Checking volume bitmap.

Checking volume information.

Repairing volume.

What could i do to resolve? Should i send to technical assistance?

UPDATE -

After several loopings, some different stuff appeared very fast and the computer turned off :/

Thanks.

iMac, null
