Brand new Macbook Air stuck in set up

Hi there!

Just unboxed my Macbook Air, I found the setup progressing rather slowly and thought the computer had frozen, and restarted it. After turning it back on, it only shows a black screen and a white circle with a line through it (similar to a STOP sign). I've tried everything I found online. What can I do?
