I recently upgraded to el capitan and I now can not update any of my applications. It says I am in the wrong country or I refunded or cancelled my product. I am in the USA and I never refunded anything.
I recently upgraded to an OS X 10.11.2 el capitan. I now can not update any of my applications, especially my photos. Nothing in the app store will not allow me to do anything as it states that I do not have an account. The photo apps states I am in the wrong country.
