Q: iTunes Match and Home Sharing enabled on PC and Apple TV but neither are seeing all of the music in my library.  I can only access from my phone.

I have iTunes Match and home sharing enabled on Windows and Apple TV but neither device is seeing all of the music that I've added to my library on my iPhone6 through the unlimited monthly membership plan.
