I tried literally everything I could think of. I turned the MMS/SMS thing on and off. I reset my settings. I turned the phone on and off. I checked to see if the WiFi was the issue. I did all of these things, and my photos wouldn't send properly. Before this issue even came up (again; it's happened before), I was able to send things perfectly. I'm not sure what happened between then and now. :/

I understand that you are having issues with your iPhone not sending photos to your friends. I know you have done some troubleshooting, but let's see if we can find something that will help.
