Q: unable to browse music

When looking for a particular album using ipad, iphone or pc sonos app the search will find the artist then a message says "unable to browse music".

 

I have tried turning the Sonos off then back on, tried updating the app (it is up to date) and resetting the controller. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

iPhone 6, iOS 7.1.2
