Q: having a problem with connecting to itunes store on my phone but can on my laptop.
after updating to the newest apple update for my phone, i was unable to log into the original itunes account i had. so i created a new account with apple id; after doing so i am unable to access the itunes store or app store because my phone will not accept the password. the correct password is being used it just asks over and over again for the password as if i never typed it in. I tried to reset my whole phone. icloud is working as well as my back up but i simply cannot connect to the store or app store. I NEED HELP!!
