Q: BCA install Win 10 from El Capitan "not boot device found..."

I have run a Boot Camp install process for Windows 10 using this setup:

MacPro3,1

El Capitan 10.11.2.

Win10_1511_English_x64.

Boot Camp Assistant 6.0.0

I used a USB 2 flash drive for the install disk.

I modified the BCA plist file as instructed here:

http://tsentas.net/create-a-windows-7-or-later-version-install-disk-missing-on-e l-capitan/

BCA runs fine, downloads support files, creates what look like appropriate install files on the USB, then creates a MS-DOS (FAT32) partition on a dedicated hard drive in an internal bay. At this point it seems to try to boot to a Windows install process, and comes up black screen "no bootable device found...etc"

Any idea whats up?

Thanks, T Bruce
