Mac book Air Logic board failure

I bought a Mac book Air 14 inches 128 Gb in Dec 2014.

It was working fine for so long, but suddenly a week back, I found it not powering up.

Initially I thought its battery might have been drained, but it didn't even respond to the charger (mine as well as other chargers).

I was using it a night before and had just put the flap down and slept and to my surprise , it didn't start up in the morning.

Reading through the various forums, I suspect that is this is some sort of usual issue with MAC.

Also since I have just run out of my warranty , I fear I need to pay a heavy amount to get it fixed.

In such scenario and with so High defect ratio, I have start regretting my decision to choose Mac over windows notebook and it leaves me in no mood to recommend Mac to other friends.

Please let me know if you have any solution to this problem.

Get this, my SECOND Mac is now in the "shop" for a logic board replacement. No kidding. Second time, second machine, in under 2 years. MacBook Air. MacBook Pro. Both logic boards fried. Tried everything (including everything that's listed as suggestions here). Nothing worked. Took it in, the tech tried everything, major diagnostics, etc. and low and behold, it needs a new logic board. Like you, I will never ever again ever recommend a Mac product to anyone. This is a prevalent problem, we all know it, Mac knows it and Mac should acknowledge it and offer solutions. You see this problem discussed everywhere on pertinent sites on the internet, and, in so many forums. Mac (I just called them) is not acknowledging this problem. I'm done. As soon as I'm able, I'm going back to PC's. Same problems but the initial outlay of capital is a fraction what it is to purchase a new Mac. I can no longer run my business on a Mac-based platform and will absolutely go out of my way to discourage anyone from EVER purchasing a Mac product. It's just no longer worth it. And seriously, Mac Person who's making recommendations here? Don't even go there. EVERYTHING you can possibly suggest was tried by myself and then by TWO technicians - TWICE. You need to unilaterally fix this problem. Now.
