Moving pixels on camera - iPhone 6S Plus

I have recently purchased an iPhone 6S Plus.

I have noticed that in the camera there appears to be pixels that move on the screen, particularly when the zoom is used to its maximum. The images seems to stabilise mostly once the actual photograph has been taken, but it appears quite pixelated when the zoom is used.

Is this normal or is there something wrong with my phone? Pretty disappointing if so because the improved camera was the only reason I got the 6S Plus!
