Help with the printer

Hello. please help.

I have Imac 21,5 mid 2010 OS X El Capitan 10.11.1

I wanted to configure my printer and found some instructions in the internet.

it was said to write thin commands in terminal:

First command was:

sudo sh -c 'echo "Sandboxing Off" >> /etc/cups/cups-files.conf'

Then I've typed my password

Second Command was:

sudo launchctl stop org.cups.cupsd

From that time if i want to print something(For example in Pages) program stops and writes Progtam Not Responding.

Same thing if i want to go to properties=>Printers and scan program stops and writes Program Not Responding.

Sorry For my English(I'm From Armenia)

Thanks A Lot

It's not that hard. See if your printer is supported Printer and scanner software available for download for your Mac - Apple Support

You may have to rset the printing system and reinstall the printer Reset the printing system on your Mac - Apple Support

Don't enter commands in Terminal unless you know exactly what they do. Get help resolving printer issues on your Mac - Apple Support
