Jan 11, 2016 12:07 PM in response to Nahyun9081by bfdulock,I've seen this same error repeatedly with one of my clients. I am testing this potential solution--check the Access to Services for the group and make sure it has Mail access enabled.

Jan 12, 2016 9:41 PM in response to bfdulockby Nahyun9081,I've checked "Access to Services" option, and turned on "Mail" service for groups. But the problem still happens...
I look forward that you will find a solution and share it.
Best Regards,

Jan 13, 2016 7:32 AM in response to Nahyun9081by giorgiosca,Hi,
same here: OS 10.11.2, Server 5.0.15: some emails sent to our lists are received with << (null) >> body, empty subject, sent by '$list-bouce@domain.ltd" (where $list = the-name-of-the-list).
I've also noticed that if the original poster sends an email to the list and a regular user in cc, the list receive the 'null' thing, while the regular user receive the correct email.
We noticed this behaviour only with some newsletter or automated services, and it used to happen with some of our clients who used Thunderbird with ISO-8859-15 encoding.
Switching the Thunderbird encoding to UTF-8 partially solved the problem.

Apr 27, 2016 7:05 AM in response to Pindarby Pindar,Follow up - this may be down to Thunderbird.
Upgraded to latest version (45) and switched encoding to UTF-8, early tests seem promising
