Can I find all the places where my Apple ID has been accessed?

Is there a way to see all the places an Apple ID had been accessed. For example, from a computer, app, server, ect?

What website? That makes no sense. You cannot log in with your apple Id to any website except Apple's iCloud.com, appleid.apple.com, or the forums here.

How would you log in to a website unless it had access to Apple's own secure database of Apple ID login information?

The website may very well be a scam, and just setup to get Apple ID login information form you, but does not actually log you into anything, which would explain why there is no report of logging in.

If you visited such a website, the best course of action is to change your password at http://appleid.apple.com immediately.

I'll guess you are the teen and you're wondering if you're being monitored.

If you search here for teensafe, you will see discussions about it.

It works by allowing the "parent" to access your iCloud backups, not the phone directly. So, if you don't use iCloud for backups, you're invisible to the program.

But to answer your question, aside from being told you are, there is likely no way to know if you're being monitored.

From Teensafe's T&C

Data Availability.

You hereby understand and acknowledge that the iOS monitoring features of the Service are dependent on the availability of data through Apple’s iCloud backup service (“iCloud”), and as a result, ℹ the data displayed through the Site and/or Service (e.g., the Accessed Activities) is not necessarily real-time data as it reflects the data in the last available iCloud backup, (ii) you may not be able to view all text/SMS messages (or other Accessed Activities) transmitted using the Apple iOS device being monitored and (iii) you may not be able to view all deleted text/SMS messages on the Apple iOS device being monitored. Accordingly, you hereby agree and acknowledge that ℹ the Site and the Service relies on iCloud software, (ii) TeenSafe does not have any control over the operation or functionality of the iCloud software, (iii) TeenSafe is not responsible, and shall not be liable, for any downtime in the Site and/or Service arising from the iCloud software or any changes to the iCloud software and (iv) TeenSafe is not responsible for your relationship with Apple or any breach thereof, including any breach by you of any of the terms and conditions governing your relationship with Apple.

The site claims that if you know the AppleID and password it can access messages (even iMessages), call logs, email, ect and remain invisive while doing so. It's called Teen Safe.

In which case, there would be no way to know if someone was accessing it through TeenSafe. There is no where to see Apple ID activity. Apple sends an email when the Apple ID is used to access one of its sites, or is used in an Apple Device. Teen Safe does neither.
