Battery 6s first charging

Hey! I am very confused on all the responses I found on the Internet. ..I just bought a new 6s and I don't know exactly which is the correct way to charge it for the first time. I used it until the battery died (that's what they told me at the store to do) and now it's charging while it's turned off. I don't know if I have to leave it extra time on charge or not. And after the first charging, how i should charge it properly? Please help! Thank you!

I'm not sure who advised you to use it until the battery died, but no, that is incorrect. For the initial charge after this, simply leave it plugged in until it has a full charge. It should be fine. For future reference, charge it before it runs completely out (when you get the alert of preferably before). You can pretty much charge at any point you wish. I typically charge mine overnight regardless of the current level.

Ok! thank you very much! I just read a thing that kind of freaked me out...that I can't take calls while it's charging because I can get an electric shock!!! I suppose it can't be true.😮 Also, as a first time charging..they also told me to charge it while it's turned off, and then to turn it on. Accidentally I charged it until 94% on and then switched it off. What do you think?
