I understand that you have forgotten your password for your Apple ID. If you have setup security questions and a rescue email address that is different from your Apple ID email address, then you can reset it without the need to access the old email address. If you don't know the answers, then you can reset those at your rescue email address. Take a look at the articles below for more details.
