Q: low audio

I understand that you are having a hard time hearing people on phone calls. Let's go over what you can do to get that working. 

I would start with looking at clearing the receiver for anything that may be muffling the sound. You can use a small soft bristle brush similar to a tooth brush to clear it up. If that looks good and the volume is still low, try using a different app to see if you can reproduce this. You will want to use the Voice Memo app to make a recording and test the playback.
