I have not had any problem with downloading iTunes but now I seem to have an error and it says that my computer is unauthorized to download this purchase. I am not sure what this error is but I did try to shut off the restrictions as a previous post had said and restart and this did not help but it was not for Windows 10 that I currently have. Any suggestions?
