Printouts from iPhoto & Photos is missing blue hue

I'm trying to print from iPhoto and Photos. Each printout is missing the Cyan hue. The print preview shows the correct colors, but the printouts only contain the magenta, yellow, and black colors.

All the latest updates are installed. The computer has been rebooted. The printer heads have been cleaned. I've printed the test page from the printer settings, and I've printed color documents from other programs; and the printer seems to be working properly. It only seems to be missing the cyan hue when printing from iPhoto and Photos.

What can I do to get iPhoto and Photos to print properly?
