iphone 6s plus not showing up in windows explorer

My iphone 6s plus shows up fine in iTunes but does not show up under Windows explorer in Windows 10. I've tried reinstalling drivers. I think the root of the problem might be related to the fact that it does appear as "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" under Universal Serial Bus Controllers but also appears as "iPhone" under Other devices.

Thoughts?
