Virus? Asking me to sign into iTunes

Hi,

The last couple of days my iPhone has been prompting me to log into iTunes, requesting my apple ID and my password.

This happens when i swipe right (from the search screen) to get back to the home screen.

I have checked my settings and my Apple ID is already in there so I am not sure why it keeps asking me to login.

I have closed all the apps, but it still keeps prompting me when i swipe right to get to the home screen.

I have only ever been prompted for a password, not a username and password so I am worried i have someone contracted a virus on my phone.

Anyone have any ideas about this?
