So I used an app where the keyboard had bigger keys than the standard keyboard in iOS 9. So is there a way that I could change the keyboard size in settings or is there a keyboard app that I could download? Thanks.

Set your Display Zoom view to zoomed, and change the text size to whatever size you want. This will allow your keyboard to turn bigger and the font to stay the same size.
