well my iPod classic 80gb stop to make any sound, the play head on any video or song is moving but i can't hear anything from the stereo headphone jack or the Dock conector. iTunes 12.3.2, MacOs El Capitan 10.11.2 (15C50)

If you have not already, try doing a Reset (restart) of iPod
Learn how to reset your iPod - Apple Support (see section iPod with a click wheel)
If that does not help, as a test to rule out faulty headphones, try different headphones.

If it's syncing, sounds like you are did a Restore, not a Reset. 🙂 (Hope you get iPod's sound back.)

I read about it need a mother board replacement
If the problem still occurs after doing a Restore, the cause is probably a hardware problem. If you don't get any sound from either the headphones jack or the dock connector, the problem may be on the logic board.
