Where do I find the Image Capture app?

I'm trying to import my wife's iPhone 4S camera roll photos onto her MacBook Pro to then transfer back to her new iPhone 6. Apple support shows to use Photos, or Image Capture to import. She doesn't want her iPhone Camera Roll to go into her master photo library in Photos to keep them separate since she will want to transfer them back to her new phone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1

The easiest method is via Spotlight Search (command + spacebar or the magnifying glass icon at the right of the menu bar) and type image.

Also can be done via Launchpad or the Finder menu > Go > Applications.
