I purchased the iPad Pro and it worked fine for three days. On the third day, the battery was running low so I plugged it in to charge. The iPad would not recognize the connection and wouldn't charge. I tried a hard reset and it did nothing but bring up a picture of an empty battery with a lightning symbol which means to plug it in. After doing online research and speaking with Apple Support, I found out there is a software glitch causing this problem that Apple is currently investigating. I also found out that there is an issue with the latest update (which does not apply to my situation because I did not do an update).
I returned the iPad Pro, the case, and the Apple Care for a full refund. I did not want to do an exchange until Apple resolves the software issues. What really stinks is that I turned in my second generation iPad which was working fine. Now I am without an iPad.
