Q: Tiny Wings and WhatsApp bugs on iOS 9.2, OS or App problem?

Hey everyone,

Recently purchased an iPhone 6 and upgraded to iOS 9.2, loving it so far until some bugs crept up.

WhatsApp ALWAYS vibrating, no matter what I do, the only thing I can do to disable this hindrance is by disabling "Vibrate on ring" in the settings, which I'd actually like on for when my phone is in silent mode. I use DND mode if I want complete silence.

Tiny Wings, oldie but a goodie. Randomly the game plays without music at times. I know I can restart the phone and then it works fine and force quitting doesn't help at all by the way. But it's just these 2 bugs that are so frustrating. Is this a iOS thing or I just have two clunky apps at the moment? Reinstalled both apps as well but to no avail.
