Photos crashing when I try to put my to put my pictures in my albums

My photos keeps on crashing when I try to put my pictures in my albums on my Ipad mini.
I select a photo and try to put in an album; then it crashes, but then I select another photo it does not crash at all,
I moved some of my albums to the top to get them in a bit quicker because when I scroll down it crashes. I tried to delete some photos because I thought it was a storage problem that I am having and it worked for a few moments but it stopped. This has been going on for 3 days.
Is there a solution that I can use to fix this problem?

I understand that you are experiencing some odd behavior with Photos when creating albums. I would need clarification on what you mean by crashing to provide a better answer. However, if the Photos App unexpectedly restarts, I would start with forcing all open applications to close and restart your iPad. Test moving photos once you have gone through these steps.
