Q: Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect

Hi,

 

my phone's serial no is: F17*********RY9. whenever I try to sign in to 'iTunes connect' it says "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect"

 

My apple ID is : **********.com
