Disabled iCloud and activation lock
Hello,I need some help.
Before I ask a question , you must know that I live in Georgia where is not any official Apple store.
My friend asked me to help him. He bought iPhone 5s in 2013. because it is hard for Georgians to make iCloud, shop where he bought it created icloud for him. They did it with my friend's details.They downloaded some apps and since then that iCloud has not been logged in becuase they have forgotten their passcode. After too many tries iCloud was disabled for security reasons. He tried to recover password but without success. Cause when he types her birthday it says it is incorrect. He used his phone like that becuase people told him that it would be blocked if he updated it. But then phone started to have lags and some apps did not open, so he had to update it. So his phone now has activation lock. We have box and everything like receipt. but the thing is Georgian receipt does not include exact name of what he bought. There is written store name,when she bought it,how much he paid and some receipt's numbers.We also have warrany paper where is written date of purchase,who bought it,item and IMEI of the phone. But it is like fill-in forms so these information is hand-written. Only warranty terms are printed.I contacted shop where he bought it. They said that they could not give me another paper cause usually they only give these ones also when I asked about iCloud details they said that they register account with costumers' detials.
