Q: Has anyone had a problem with NFL Gamepass?

When replaying a game it will only play in full game mode, will not play a condenced game. App works fine on my Iphone and my PC just not on my Ipad

    I see that your NFL Gamepass app is not working as expected on your iPad. The following article provides some steps that you can follow to get the app working again. The one step in this article that would not appear to apply in your case is installing another app, but the others should be useful.

    If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open

    Thank you Jeff for the suggestions, unfortunatley I have tried everything there including sending an email to app support....now here's the problem, you can't get in touch with a real person, they have some sort of word recognition program the makes the replys and gives the suggestions of things to try, which is where I got the same info you gave me, if you write back and tell it didn't work all you get is the same information back again, so you can see my frustration. I don't know if I can just cancel, then buy it again if that would work or not.

    I am sorry that the steps in this article did not resolve your issue. Unfortunately, we have nothing more to offer on troubleshooting your NFL Gamepass app, as it is the property of NFL Enterprises LLC and they would be the ones to have the necessary information to resolve the issue.

    Right after I replyed to your posting I finally got an answer from a real person, started the conversation by calling me by name, got real excited because I knew I finally got thru to a real person!!! Told me they were aware of my problem (even discribed the problem to a T) Said the were working to correct the problem. This is all I asked for in the first place, I shouldn't of had to go thru 2 weeks of frustration to get to this point. I still have the problem but at least I feel better knowing they are working on it. Unless they told me that to shut me up.

    Thank you for trying to help, it was much appreciated.

    Glad to hear you finally got a reply and that they are working on it. I know how frustrating it can be to wait for a response.
