Safari fails to connect to Google and related websites (YouTube)

Hi everyone,

I've been having a problem for a while with Safari on iMac whenever I try to use Google, YouTube or any other related Google website (Drive, Mail, etc.). After a few minutes of usage, when I try a search or go to Youtube, Safari just can't seem to access Google... It just lags and on some occasions, I get a "Failure to open page" or something to that effect (sorry, my iMac is in French). Sometimes, when I go to YouTube or Google Mail, the layout is displayed, but I have text or images missing or failing to load. It's getting really annoying. When I close Safari and open it again, my connexion to Google works again. When I delete my cache, I'm able to reconnect to Google... But it only lasts a short while before Safari gets "stuck" again. I don't have that problem with Chrome, so I'm guessing it's related to Safari. I don't have a firewall nor any anti-virus program running as far as I know. Can anyone help?

Hi,

I've tried what the links suggested... I didn't have any extensions in Safari nor any unsupported third-party add-ons. I did remove the cookies, cache and other data stored for google.com in the Preferences > Privacy menu and it did the trick. Unfortunately, the same problems starts again not long after; I don't want to have to do that every time, as it forces me to re-log into my Google account every time. Any other suggestions?

If this helps, I've reinstalled everything on my Mac from scratch at least twice in the past 3 months and added very little programs to the system, and the problems persists.
