Trying to add a new computer. I get a message that says, "Computer not authorized for download." How do I correct?

The command to authorize your computer for an Apple ID is in iTunes menu bar, Store -> Authorize This Computer. Enter Apple ID and password used to purchase the item(s) you are downloading. If you have purchased from iTunes Store using more than one Apple ID, you may need to repeat the authorize command for the other Apple ID used. One computer can be authorized with multiple Apple IDs.
