3rd party email notifications not arriving

Hi there,

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this. We regularly (attempt to) send emails to @me.com yet they silently fail (no trash or spam); mainly user activation's and password resets. I understand that @me.com is no longer available as a new user's email domain, however my company has many clients and it's a frustration for them. Thanks for any advice/direction.

Regards,

Marcel

The emails being sent to the account could be an issue of Apple's silent filtering though it's hard to tell. You're saying that email(s) that are being sent to that account aren't showing up? Is it all emails or just emails from a specific source?

Here's the link on silent filtering -- http://www.macworld.com/article/2029570/silent-email-filtering-makes-icloud-an-u nreliable-option.html. It's a 2013 article but if you do a search, you'll find numerous and recent reports on it on forums, blogs, etc.

As for the other issue you mentioned, i.e. not receiving emails for verification/resets, you can have a look at this -- If you didn't receive your verification or reset email - Apple Support
