Icloud music upload download mystery

I added several CDs from my burner and they are now on my itunes on my mac (IOS El Capitan 10.11.2. 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3) but I want to have them on my phone and they will not download, and the ones that did download didnt all download.

What am I doing wrong?
