how do I attach a photo to a text message using ios 9.2
I have been unable to attach a photo to a text message. No problem with email. I would appreciate any help. Messaging is turned on.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2
There is a camera icon to the left of the message typing area. You need to have MMS activated and part of your texting plan, unless you are referring to iMessage. But MMS still needs to be turned on in Settings>Messages.
You can either go to said photos - hit the icon with the arrow pointing up - then select message.
Or within the message app - hit the camera icon - then you will see the options.
This is of course assuming you're provisioned to us MMS by your phone carrier.
