playlists empty and purchases won't sync
After recently updating to the latest OS version my playlists are empty and several purchases from iTunes won't sync on my ipod. How can I fix?

If I understand correctly, there's an issue with playlists and some other purchased content missing from iTunes on your PC. Try taking a look at the article linked below and running through the troubleshooting tips that it provides.

I did try this and I'm not seeing my old playlists. I'm very frustrated.
