Jan 12, 2016 1:19 PM in response to EM_489by ChrisJ4203,★HelpfulRemove the headphone jack from the device. Wipe it off to ensure it is not dirty, then re-insert it into the headphone port. Make sure it seats fully into the port. Make sure there is no interference with a case. If that does not correct it, then go into Settings>General>Accessibility, scroll down to the Hearing section and see if the balance is set in the middle, and not to either side.

Adjust the balance. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility, then drag the Left Right Stereo Balance slider.
