Q: Black screen ipad mini 2 after update ios 9.2

Hi all,

My ipad mini 2 was somewhere in update to ios 9.2 and when I wanted to unlock it, it didn't respond.

I had a black screen, I thought maybe battery empty or something.

After putting in the cable I hear the connect sound "plong", so it's still alive.

Then every 5-10 seconds that same connect sound is repeating.

So I tried the following:

- home and power button, connect to itunes -> restore

- home and power button, connect to itunes -> update

- home and power button, connect to itunes -> restore -> tried back to 9.1 -> results in error 3194

So I tried all the obvious methods to get the ipad back alive again, but I'm still having a black screen and the connect sound.

What to do??
