SSome time this week my AppStore dissapared from my iPad and any thing that would bring it up(like Siri or spotlight search)would say that there's no history of that app or something like that.Plz help!

That is still in restrictions on my devices running iOS 9.2. Check for restrictions again: Use Restrictions on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If search didn't find it, and you don't have restrictions enabled try a home screen layout reset. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. -AJ

CCan u help me one more time it says I need to type a passcode I never set one what do I do?
That is the restrictions passcode. If you cannot remember it you will need to erase the iPad.
"If you lose or forget your Restrictions passcode, you'll need to erase your device and then set it up as a new device to remove the Restrictions passcode. Restoring the device using a backup won't remove the passcode."
Its not that I don't remember its that I never set one from the start
To setup restrictions a passcode is required. Does anyone else use the iPad? If so, ask them if they set up restrictions.
