should an amex credit on a return from Costco show up on the Apple Pay along with charges made the same day as Costco charges?

Since credits rarely hit the account instantly they way charges do, probably not.
tthe credit shows on my amex iPhone app at the time of the two purchases but after a week not on the Apple Pay. I fact there are other problems that are not covered in info on Apple Pay such as business testing a credit card with a $1.00 charge that is posted to itunes, these $1.00 charges are not detected by your credit carb but disappear as the Apple Pay only shows the last 10 charges. also if you change a meal the chafe shows up in Apple Pay but NEVER the tip.

Apple does advise that:
- Authorisation holds may result in banks reporting different figures (within Wallet) than the final transaction values (including in restaurants), and;
- You should always refer to your card or bank statement for confirmation of the final transaction details.
Agreed. I've never seen a credit show up in the wallet on any of my cards.
Yes, the credit card statement and your Apple Pay credit card should match the credit card app or web site at the end of a billing cycle. As for the Apple Pay, the question is still are credits to show up when they show up on the credit card web site or thei app or not? Even after 14 days the 3 $1.00 charges by apple are still there on my Apple Pay as is the missing $3.00 tip that has never been added to the food charge. These questions have be asked to the Apple Pay tech support group and I am still waiting for a reply and to AMEX online support. AMEX days they send the charges and credits to Apple Pay, and apple pay only says that they get what is sent but no one seems to know what Apple Pay should show. My question(s) are if anyone else has had the $1.00 charges appearing on their apple pay notification and not cleared after so may days or did they get deleted due to appl pay charges moving the $1.00 out as currently Apple Pay only displays 10 charges? And last if anyone has has credit card credits appear on their Apple Pay?
