I have bought and download an album but it is impossible for me to read it on iTunes (it doesn't want to launch the music) or my computer (the album is read but there is no sound ).
Moreover the titles album appear in dark grey in iTunes (whereas it should be clear grey).
Can you help me please ? I don't want my money to be wasted in music I can't listen.

I understand that you are having issues with purchased music for the iTunes Store. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
The first thing I would look at is to see if you can delete the songs from iTunes. I know you said that the songs look grey but try to delete them. If you can, then you will want to download the songs again from the iTunes Store. Take look at the two articles below to walk you through deleting content as well as downloading past purchases.
