Jan 12, 2016 6:42 PM in response to wagnerillustrationby Niel,Log into the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID, click on the Purchases tab, and try downloading it from there. If you can’t do so, click here, contact Apple, and accept the answer.

Jan 12, 2016 6:43 PM in response to wagnerillustrationby Phil0124,1. There's no such thing as iOS 10.7. iOS is currently at 9.2 and runs on mobile devices like iPhones and iPads, not Laptops or Macs.
2. Macs run OSX not iOS. If you need an older version of pages you can try to get an older iLife DVD, or try the following article:
Install the latest compatible version of an app on an earlier version of iOS or OS X - Apple Support

Jan 12, 2016 6:59 PM in response to wagnerillustrationby VikingOSX,In the Apple menu, select About This Mac. What is the specific version of OS X that you are running (e.g. 10.7.1, 10.7.5)?
Others have pointed out the IOS/OS X name usage. Unless you have OS X 10.10.4 or later, the current Pages (5.6.1), Numbers(3.6.1), and Keynote(6.6.1) applications won't download as they require that minimum release of OS X.
If you want Pages, Numbers, and Keynote for OS X 10.7 Lion, then you will need to consider purchasing the iWork '09 DVD from Amazon. It is no longer available from Apple, but will work fine on Lion. Apple has an updater for this DVD, but I need to know what specific version of OS X that you are running to advise on which one is appropriate.

Mac OS XDo you own iWork '09 or not?
If you do why are you trying to download it? Did you delete it?
It has hard to ignore what your Mac is running, it says it when you launch, it says it when you look up About This Mac and Apple proclaims it loudly all over its website and Stores.
